Welcome to
L'Atelier de Gaëlle

I started taking an interest in ceramics in Middle school and really discovered working on the potter’s wheel at the Beaux Arts academy when I was 16. Since then, I have worked in many different studios and with a variety of different artists (Matthew Arnorld school, Oxford, UK; Carol Youngner, Belgium; Julie Bodenghien, Belgium, Jean-Luc Viot, Belgium, Cendrine Magisson, Belgium) all of whom have influenced my artistic journey. In my most recent work, I have ventured into breaking away from the more traditional forms, colour, designs of the more utilitarian ceramics and finding beauty in imperfection.
